Designer Eve Black is part of the newly titeled ‚gypset’, a mix of ‚gypsy’ and ‚jetset’. ‘Gypsetters’ have a nomadic freelance lifestyle that spins the globe and mixes creative work with extensive trips and indulgence in art and culture.
A road trip at age 4 with her geologist dad to the Sahara Dessert set off her lifelong addiction to travel, nature and adventure.
One of her many global experiences includes owning a nightclub in Hollywood, California, where she also worked as a frequently published interior designer.
Eve Black, Inc. is currently based out of Hawaii where she creates unique pieces of jewelry for her international clients. Eve Black’s style is influenced by the countless impressions she collects during her travels. Recurring themes are the beach lifestyle, a Medierranean ‚almost antique’ look and a touch of Hollywood glam.
The materials are precious metals and colored gemstones which represent the beauty of nature such as the colors of the ocean, the dessert sun or the Hawaiian night sky.
